Notary Jane requires all of its notaries to complete a detailed profile prior to being listed on our site. When choosing a notary, look for one that has experience with the type of notarization you require. If you have any questions, you can ask the notary directly.
We are an online directory, and our role is to provide you direct access to notaries within our database. We make it easy for you to contact the notary directly. All arrangements for the signing are between you and the notary.

This is based on a combination of your coverage area in relation to the signing location, matching any filter criteria, and length of membership. We work to ensure you will always get in front of clients in your area.
Your Notary Jane membership will automatically renew annually on your anniversary of joining. Your card on file will be charged a renewal rate of $49 each year. You can update your payment method anytime in the account tab of your user profile.
You can cancel your membership at anytime by emailing [email protected]. Upon cancellation, you will receive a prorated refund based on the length of time since your last payment.
