For many businesses, their creation usually involves a unique evolutionary path. Notary Jane is no exception.
Over 10 years ago, Notary Jane’s founder, Lisa Munyon, started a company called National Paralegal Network (NPN). At the time and to this day, NPN remains the largest managed network of paralegals in the US.
Over time, NPN began to offer document signing services because so many of its paralegals were also notaries and it seemed a missed opportunity to not utilize that skillset. Within a few years, NPN evolved into National Paralegal & NOTARY (still NPN) and is now one of the largest notary document signing companies in the US.

So where does Notary Jane come in? In understanding the NPN works with large companies to provide paralegal staffing and notary document signing services, we wanted to create a platform where notaries could advertise their services to smaller businesses and individuals.
In creating Notary Jane, we provide consumers the opportunity to locate notaries across the US and contact them directly. Additionally, Notary Jane gives thousands of notaries a place to advertise their services while being part of a rapidly growing notary community. Notary Jane offers support, ongoing education, as well as tools for notaries to learn how to grow their own mobile notary businesses.
Much care, time, and attention went into designing Notary Jane. We feel confident that the result will provide a useful and relevant experience for both consumers and notaries alike.
We are notaries. We know notaries. And we care about the profession.
