I've worked for Procter & Gamble for over 20 years. I am very good at paying attention to details. I would say that one of my best attributes is being organized. Before I go to any signing appointments, I like to be prepared. I go through the documents and tag all signature areas, buyers/sellers/borrowers and notarizations, so that no signatures are missed. And spend an extra 2-5 min at the end, rechecking signatures and dates. I try to be mindful of the signers time as well as my own.
