I covered eight counties in northern Colorado and during the COVID crisis, I was the only Notary who continued to help home owners with refinancing their homes in my area. People were in need and I was determined to do my part to help. Refinancing to get a lower rate or a HELOC helped families devastated by the COVID lock down. I was not always allowed to enter homes and closings were often completed outside in the snow, ice and rain. Closing as many as 5 on a daily basis and sometimes 10.
